How accurate is the voice recognition?
- Very accurate for trade work. The AI is trained to understand trade terminology across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, carpentry, painting, and general building. You can always review and edit the invoice before saving, so any errors are easy to catch.
Can I edit the invoice after the AI has generated it?
- Yes — after the voice recording is processed, you see the full invoice with all line items, amounts, and customer details. You can edit any field before saving and sending. The AI does the heavy lifting, but you stay in control.
Does TraderInvoice handle VAT?
