1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TraderInvoice platform (“Service”), operated by Delta Quantum FZE, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into these Terms (either personally or on behalf of a business), and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
TraderInvoice is a cloud-based, voice-powered invoicing platform designed for self-employed tradespeople and small trade businesses, including plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, roofers, carpenters, painters, and general contractors.
The Service allows users to:
- Create professional invoices by speaking job details aloud
- Manage customer records, jobs, and payment history
- Generate and email PDF invoices to customers
- Track outstanding and paid invoices
The Service is provided “as is”. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately at legal@traderinvoice.com if you suspect unauthorised access
You may not share your account credentials with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their explicit consent. Each account is for a single user or business entity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe have been compromised or are being used in violation of these Terms.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Billing terms
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance on a recurring basis
- All prices are shown in GBP and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
- If a payment fails, we will retry on the following days. After 3 failed attempts, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan.
- Prices may change with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create or send fraudulent, fictitious, or misleading invoices
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including consumer protection or tax law
- Harass, impersonate, or deceive customers or other third parties
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user’s account
- Scrape, copy, or resell any part of the Service without our written permission
- Use the Service in connection with any illegal trade, pyramid scheme, or financial fraud
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, design, trademarks, and content comprising the TraderInvoice platform are owned by Delta Quantum FZE or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Your data belongs to you. Invoice content, customer records, and business data that you create remain your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You may export your data at any time using the in-app export function. On account deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days (see Section 8).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Delta Quantum FZE and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated invoice content — you are responsible for reviewing and approving all invoices before sending
- Service interruptions, delays, or failures beyond our reasonable control
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. You will not be charged again after cancelling.
Refunds
We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused subscription time, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at legal@traderinvoice.com within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.
Account data after cancellation
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation so you can export your records. After this period all data is permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, except where local mandatory consumer protection laws require disputes to be resolved in your home jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom or European Union, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page
- Send an email notification to the address associated with your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before the effective date.
